If an account is created with false or incomplete information, bhagos reserves the right to cancel that account and withhold funds. 2.4 Account Security

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on bhagos is ৳500 — this applies equally to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Successful withdrawal processing generally takes 5–30 minutes. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be approved.

• A verified payment method must be registered on the account to make a withdrawal.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on bhagos are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bhagos is not responsible for any losses arising from currency conversion.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more will award the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, making the total balance ৳42,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw any bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (Wagering Requirement: 25x). Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion has its own validity period — the bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
• bhagos reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus.
• If abuse of the bonus system is detected (such as bonus hunting or multiple accounts), the account will be closed.
• The VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze tier offers a maximum weekly cashback of 0.3%, Silver 0.7%, and Gold 1.0%.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Results

All game results on bhagos are determined through certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial. No game result can be predetermined or influenced.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of the account:

• Using software, bots, or automated methods to play games.
• Exploiting errors or technical issues.
• Secretly colluding with other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Creating an account with a false identity or documents.

5.3 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to server issues, network disruption, or software errors, bhagos will investigate and take appropriate action. Incorrect balances or rewards displayed due to technical errors will not be considered valid.
